To start it, first open Windows 11 settings. For this, right-click on the start menu and select Settings. You can also press the Windows + I key shortcut to unlock the same.

Now click the Customize section and select the Topics tab available on the left side of the page.

On the right, you will see some options related to Themes changes.

Click the Sound option to open the Properties window.

On the Sound tab, you’ll see a Play Windows Startup audio checkbox that will be automatically enabled.

If you want to disable startup sound on your device simply check the corresponding box and save the changes.
